You need to make the pulley for the pneumatic wheels out of aluminum. It warps and gets flat spots on it because it is not supported enough for the stresses it is put under and if it where aluminum the added rigidity would stop the warping of the pulley into a shape that is no longer a perfect geared circle but more of a square with rounded edges this is easily corrected if you were to use a cast aluminum pulley instead of using the cheaper material it is currently being made of. Plastic is not good enough for this part and will cause premature wear and part failure at high speeds possibly causing a rider to fall off board if the pulley were to snap under load.
