When this one finally dies, I'll get another and use the old one for parts. It's an absolute workhorse. If you're going to do your board dirty like i have, i highly recommend anti-corrosion spray on your screws and fasteners. Also recommend getting the front handle and hope they one day make a side handle (i made my own but it's not as pretty).

No, those inserts no longer break. We have chosen much stronger screws for the enclosure. They are much stronger than previous screws. They never break. You don't need to buy screws any more.

Verreal boards are highly water-resistant but not waterproof. We strongly advise riders to avoid puddles, wet, and icy surfaces. Riding through water can expose electronic components and the battery to moisture, potentially causing malfunctions. Moreover, wet or icy conditions are extremely hazardous, particularly when braking. The polyurethane wheels on Verreal boards offer a smooth ride but provide little traction on slippery surfaces, significantly increasing the risk of losing control and falling.

For your safety, riding in the rain is not recommended. While our boards have strong water resistance and can withstand overnight heavy rain, wet conditions significantly increase the risk of accidents. Slippery roads can cause the board to skid uncontrollably. We strongly advise against riding in rainy conditions. Additionally, any damage resulting from such use is not covered by our warranty.

Verreal RS features a 20Ah 720Wh battery pack with 10S4P 21700 5000mAh Bak cells, whereas Verreal RS Pro opts for a 15Ah 666Wh battery pack with 12S3P 21700 5000mAh Bak cells.

Verreal RS operates on a 10S battery at 36V, while Verreal RS Pro utilizes a 12S battery at 43.2V, resulting in a higher top speed. Verreal RS reaches a top speed of 40-42 kilometers per hour (25-26 MPH), whereas Verreal RS Pro achieves a top speed of 49-51 kilometers per hour (28-31 MPH).

No sir. You will only be sent a Verreal RS Pro with cloud wheels installed. No other wheels will be sent unless otherwise stated.
For customers in EU and in USA where we have stock in Germany warehouses or California warehouses, if customers order a Verreal RS with Cloud wheels, it is likely that we send you from Germany warehouse/ California warehouse a Verreal RS with 90mm PU wheels and then from China we will send you another full set of 120mm cloud wheels. In this case, you get a full set of 90mm pu wheels free of charge. Usually the skateboard arrives in a week and the wheel set takes 7-15 days to arrive at your hands from China.

Simple. Just long press the power button of the board and the power button of the remote controller at the same time for a few seconds until the remote controller screen says paired up successfully. Then you will enter the remote controller setting phase. After the settins, it is done.

This question is for skateboard orders that got shipped from China. Because Verreal electric skateboards are powered by a big battery, which is well over the 99 watt hours limit for airline travel. Express companies like DHL, FedEx, UPS and others won't accept them onboard for international shipping. Therefore, We are shipping via air freight for the first leg of shipping and via local courier services like FedEx/UPS/DPD for the final delivery. The tracking number we give is for the final local courier services. So the first leg of shipping is not updated on that tracking number. Only when your parcel reaches destination country and clears customs clearance will the tracking number generate tracking updates.

This board is insane! Those motors push it past 65 km/h (max speed; you won't go that fast most of the time), and the battery gives me nearly 55 km of range (maybe more, if I'll go way slower 😉). The flexy deck and 155mm wheels handle local (rough) roads with ease, making for a smooth, stable ride. For the price, it outperforms boards that cost way more. To start off, I purchased my Verreal RS Pro by accident. I had the board in my shopping cart but planned on waiting a while to buy it. I left my phone out and one of my kids started playing with my phone. Order got placed and I’m glad I kept the order. This board is awesome and packs a lot of punch for a compact longboard. It’s got a lot of torque off the line with a sits low to the ground with 100mm street wheels. It’s a trilling ride that’s lots of fun. I weight 220 lbs and have a wide stance. For me this board is the perfect, compact “trunk board”. I can just toss this in my car and be ready for a cruise whenever. Best accidental purchase ever!!!!!
Great product! I'm a 100kg raider and the skate doesn't deny me anything top speed 50kmh on the GPS and climbs 25 degree slopes with me on top at 30kmh. Package box was delivered with damages but skateboard and details were packed well by seller. Skateboard looks great and meets all the declared by Verreal characteristics (have 6378 170kv motors and etc.). Verreal put handlebar into parcel as a gift.
