Always use the official charger provided by Verreal or a charger approved by us.

Avoid frequent high-current fast charging. Use fast chargers only when necessary.

Do not fully drain the battery. Recharge when the battery level reaches around 25–30%.

Shallow charging is best. Avoid charging to 100% every time; keeping the battery between 20%–80% helps extend its lifespan.

Charge after riding rather than letting the battery sit at a low state of charge.

Riding Behavior

Avoid aggressive acceleration and hill climbing at low battery levels, as this puts excessive strain on the battery.

Maintain smooth throttle input, especially when the battery is below 30%.

Environmental Protection

Keep the battery completely dry. Never ride in rain, through deep water, or on flooded or very wet roads.

Avoid riding in extremely humid or wet conditions.

If the board gets damp, allow it to fully dry before charging or storage.

Temperature Management

Avoid charging or storing the battery in very hot or very cold environments.

Let the battery cool down after riding before charging.

Cold temperatures temporarily reduce performance; warm the battery indoors before riding when possible.

Storage Guidelines

For long-term storage, keep the battery at around 40–60% charge.

Store the board in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.

Recharge and discharge the battery every 1–2 months during storage to prevent over-discharge.

General Maintenance

Verreal RS and Verreal RS Pro share the same motors, trucks, wheels, enclosure, pulleys, and belts. However, these two boards differ in several key aspects:

1. Battery Pack:
Verreal RS features a 20Ah 720Wh battery pack with 10S4P 21700 5000mAh EVE cells, whereas Verreal RS Pro opts for a 15Ah 666Wh battery pack with 12S3P 21700 5000mAh EVE cells.

2. Top Speed:
Verreal RS operates on a 10S battery at 36V, while Verreal RS Pro utilizes a 12S battery at 43.2V, resulting in a higher top speed. Verreal RS reaches a top speed of 40-42 kilometers per hour (25-26 MPH), whereas Verreal RS Pro achieves a top speed of 49-51 kilometers per hour (28-31 MPH).

3. Range:
Verreal RS relies on a 20Ah 720Wh battery pack, whereas Verreal RS Pro's battery pack has a capacity of 15Ah 666Wh. Consequently, Verreal RS can cover about 53 kilometers or 33 miles (with only 90mm PU wheels), while Verreal RS Pro boasts a range of 29.9 miles or 48 kilometers (also with 90mm PU wheels).

4. ESC (Electronic Speed Controller):
Verreal RS is equipped with a 10S Hobbywing ESC, while Verreal RS Pro adopts a more powerful 12S Hobbywing ESC, making it stand out in terms of ESC performance.

5. Charger:
Verreal RS comes with a 42V 3amp charger, whereas Verreal RS Pro offers a choice between a standard 50.4V 2.5A charger and a faster 50.4V 6A charger.

Verreal RS does not have remote ON/OFF feature whileas Verreal RS Pro has the ability to turn on the board by turning on the remote controller.

No, those inserts no longer break. We have chosen much stronger screws for the enclosure. They are much stronger than previous screws. They never break. You don't need to buy screws any more.

Verreal electric skateboards are built with specific water-resistant features, achieving an IPX4 rating for protection against water splashes from any direction. However, they are not fully waterproof.

Our design incorporates a 4mm thick silicone gasket between the enclosure and deck, and silicone seals at all openings—including motor cables, power button, and charging port—to prevent moisture ingress.

Despite these measures, riding through puddles or on wet/icy surfaces remains unsafe. It can still damage internal electronics and drastically reduces wheel traction, increasing the risk of losing control.

For your safety and your board’s longevity, we strongly advise riding only on dry surfaces.

For your safety, riding in the rain is not recommended. While our boards are designed with strong water resistance and can withstand incidental heavy rain, wet conditions significantly increase the risk of accidents. Slippery surfaces may cause the board to skid uncontrollably.

Importantly, riding in the rain or through puddles can allow water to enter the battery enclosure, potentially leading to electrical or battery failure.

Due to these safety and operational risks, we strongly advise against riding in wet conditions. Please note that any damage resulting from such use is not covered under our warranty.

Yes you can. Our Verreal RS pro comes with an all black grip tape ontop by default. But if you want a flower deck, you can contact us. We can get it arranged for you.

No sir. You will only be sent a Verreal RS Pro with cloud wheels installed. No other wheels will be sent unless otherwise stated.

For customers in EU and in USA where we have stock in Germany warehouses or California warehouses, if customers order a Verreal RS with Cloud wheels, it is likely that we send you from Germany warehouse/ California warehouse a Verreal RS with 90mm PU wheels and then from China we will send you another full set of 120mm cloud wheels. In this case, you get a full set of 90mm pu wheels free of charge. Usually the skateboard arrives in a week and the wheel set takes 7-15 days to arrive at your hands from China.

Simple. Just long press the power button of the board and the power button of the remote controller at the same time for a few seconds until the remote controller screen says paired up successfully. Then you will enter the remote controller setting phase. After the settins, it is done.

To do that, you will need to pair your board up with the remote controller again. After the screen shows paired up successfully, you will enter the setting phase and in there you can choose either mph or kmh.

The motors are mounted to the motor mounts using four mounting screws.

Each motor mount includes four adjustment slots, offering up to 12 mm of travel for precise belt tension adjustment.

   Secure the motor
   
   While holding the motor in position, tighten all four screws firmly to lock the motor in place.

   Check the tension
   
   The belt should feel snug with slight flexibility — not overly tight and not loose.

Once secured, the belt tension adjustment is complete.

When installing larger wheels or pulleys, belt tension adjustment is required to ensure proper fit and performance.

We basically ship globally. If your country's shipping fees exceed our acceptable shipping fees, we will contact you and discuss with you how we can share the unexpectedly high shipping fees.

This question is for skateboard orders that got shipped from China. Because Verreal electric skateboards are powered by a big battery, which is well over the 99 watt hours limit for airline travel. Express companies like DHL, FedEx, UPS and others won't accept them onboard for international shipping. Therefore, We are shipping via air freight for the first leg of shipping and via local courier services like FedEx/UPS/DPD for the final delivery. The tracking number we give is for the final local courier services. So the first leg of shipping is not updated on that tracking number. Only when your parcel reaches destination country and clears customs clearance will the tracking number generate tracking updates.

Yes, we are shipping to Israel. But we have to make it clear that shipping fees are high for this country. Because according to our previous experience (we already sent a few boards to Israel), we need to dismantle the skateboard in 3 packages, one with battery pack and remote controller only, one with deck, enclosure and charger and the last pacakge with the rest stuff. All three packages have to be within 5 kilograms. And there may be taxes imposed by Israel customs.
