Electric skateboards can be dangerous. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.


Warranty

We offer a 180-day limited warranty on our products, starting from the date you receive your board.

If you encounter any quality-related issues during the warranty period, please contact us directly via email. Our team will assist you with diagnosing the issue and, if confirmed, we will provide free replacement parts.

Shipping costs for replacement parts are not included and will be charged to the customer.

Even after the 180-day warranty period ends, we will continue to support you by offering replacement parts at discounted prices, helping you repair your board quickly and keep riding.


What the Warranty Covers

The limited warranty covers the following components:

  1. Motors
  2. ESC and remote
  3. Battery pack
  4. Charger

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not cover normal wear-and-tear items, including but not limited to:

  1. Bearings
  2. Belts
  3. Inner tubes
  4. Tires
  5. Bushings
  6. Grip tape
  7. Wheels
  8. Deck
  9. PU sleeves for hub motors

Warranty Exclusions

Warranty service will not be provided under the following conditions.

However, we still offer paid repair services and replacement parts at affordable prices.

  1. The board was not purchased directly from us
  2. The board has been modified
  3. The board has been dismantled or repaired without authorization
  4. The product was used in a manner considered abnormal or improper
  5. Damage caused by accidents or misuse
  6. Normal wear and tear of wheels
  7. Damage caused by the customer, including but not limited to:
    1. Violence or impact damage
    2. Unauthorized modifications or repairs
    3. Failure to follow instructions in the user manual
    4. Negligence, such as prolonged high-power use without timely charging
    5. Abuse or improper handling
  8. Damage caused by water or moisture

Returns

No returns.

Electric skateboards cannot be returned due to shipping restrictions related to battery capacity (over 99Wh). Most express carriers do not accept such shipments. Even if a carrier does accept the shipment, the return shipping cost would likely exceed the value of the board.

No returns does not mean no responsibility.
We will actively assist you in diagnosing any issues and resolving them by providing replacement parts and installation guidance whenever possible.

Refunds

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  1. The order is already in production
  2. The order has been shipped
  3. There is an issue with the board after delivery
  4. The shipment is shown as delivered according to the tracking information

If your package is confirmed to be lost in transit, we will notify you and offer one of the following options:

  1. A refund (shipping costs are non-refundable)
  2. A free replacement board

Cancellations & Restocking Fees

  1. Order cancellations are allowed before the order has been shipped
  2. A 20% restocking fee will be charged for cancellations if the order has entered production or is ready to ship
