Yes you can. Our Verreal F1 max is able to replace its PU Sleeves. You can either purchase our original black PU sleeves or cloud wheel donuts.

Verreal boards are highly water-resistant but not waterproof. We strongly advise riders to avoid puddles, wet, and icy surfaces. Riding through water can expose electronic components and the battery to moisture, potentially causing malfunctions. Moreover, wet or icy conditions are extremely hazardous, particularly when braking. The polyurethane wheels on Verreal boards offer a smooth ride but provide little traction on slippery surfaces, significantly increasing the risk of losing control and falling.

For your safety, riding in the rain is not recommended. While our boards have strong water resistance and can withstand overnight heavy rain, wet conditions significantly increase the risk of accidents. Slippery roads can cause the board to skid uncontrollably. We strongly advise against riding in rainy conditions. Additionally, any damage resulting from such use is not covered by our warranty.

If we have stock in local warehouses, we ship same day. If we don't, we have to ship from China and this usually takes place two days after the order placed.

This question is for skateboard orders that got shipped from China. Because Verreal electric skateboards are powered a big battery, which is well over the 99 watt hours limit for airline travel. Express companies like DHL, FedEx, UPS and others won't accept them onboard for international shipping. Therefore, We are shipping via air freight for the first leg of shipping and via local courier services like FedEx/UPS/DPD for the final delivery. The tracking number we give is for the final local courier services. So the first leg of shipping is not updated on that tracking number. Only when your parcel reaches destination country and clears customs clearance will the tracking number generate tracking updates.

It's been 7 days since my order and its still not even been shipped. Terribly disappointed in the process
Brand new board, just like i did buy 4 years ago but this new board make noise it is very disturbing, i wish to repair myself but i do not see the screws like my other old board
The F1 is an excellent Board! I bought 2 of them ~ One for Germany and one for South Korea. It gives me Freedom. During the week, I use it to get to the Subway Station faster than the Bus, and I can carry it easily down or up the stairs due to its rather light weight. Haha, I even rode it inside the subway station because it's easier than walking but the CCTV person asked me to please not do that every day^^
Some people might buy this board for fun, I got it for commuting. It's fantastic for both, better than coffee. It goes so fast, around 40 km/h at top speed. That always gets my adrenaline pumping. Plus, I feel super safe and in control at high speeds due to the drop down deck. ~ I always wear protective gear, just in case.
On the weekends, I like to explore. Even the police in Korea didn't stop me, they just said Wow^^ My dog, Benjamin, loves it too.
Long story short, the F1 has helped me so much over the years to get from point A to B while having fun. Not to mention finding other new places while out adventuring.
It is my favorite Board because it's powerful and easy to carry. And it lasts a long time, and it looks good in all Black. Also, Lights are easy to mount. I love night riding too. The F1 exceeded my expectations over the years.

I bought my first Verreal board back in June 2020, (F1 6Ah) I have to say I love the board so much✨ Used it 3-6 days a week (April-October) for three years now, and still works great! Today I bought my second one (F1 Max 10Ah) Just to make sure I always have a working board in the future! 10/10🙌 (and I haven’t even changed one part on the board in these three years👌)
