No, those inserts no longer break. We have chosen much stronger screws for the enclosure. They are much stronger than previous screws. They never break. You don't need to buy screws any more.

Verreal boards are highly water-resistant but not waterproof. We strongly advise riders to avoid puddles, wet, and icy surfaces. Riding through water can expose electronic components and the battery to moisture, potentially causing malfunctions. Moreover, wet or icy conditions are extremely hazardous, particularly when braking. The polyurethane wheels on Verreal boards offer a smooth ride but provide little traction on slippery surfaces, significantly increasing the risk of losing control and falling.

For your safety, riding in the rain is not recommended. While our boards have strong water resistance and can withstand overnight heavy rain, wet conditions significantly increase the risk of accidents. Slippery roads can cause the board to skid uncontrollably. We strongly advise against riding in rainy conditions. Additionally, any damage resulting from such use is not covered by our warranty.

Verreal RS and Verreal RS Pro share the same motors, trucks, wheels, enclosure, pulleys, and belts. However, these two boards differ in several key aspects:
1. Battery Pack:
Verreal RS features a 20Ah 720Wh battery pack with 10S4P 21700 5000mAh Bak cells, whereas Verreal RS Pro opts for a 15Ah 666Wh battery pack with 12S3P 21700 5000mAh Bak cells.
2. Top Speed:
Verreal RS operates on a 10S battery at 36V, while Verreal RS Pro utilizes a 12S battery at 43.2V, resulting in a higher top speed. Verreal RS reaches a top speed of 40-42 kilometers per hour (25-26 MPH), whereas Verreal RS Pro achieves a top speed of 49-51 kilometers per hour (28-31 MPH).
3. Range:
Verreal RS relies on a 20Ah 720Wh battery pack, whereas Verreal RS Pro's battery pack has a capacity of 15Ah 666Wh. No sir. You will only be sent a Verreal RS Pro with cloud wheels installed. No other wheels will be sent unless otherwise stated.

Simple. Just long press the power button of the board and the power button of the remote controller at the same time for a few seconds until the remote controller screen says paired up successfully. Then you will enter the remote controller setting phase. After the settins, it is done.

This question is for skateboard orders that got shipped from China. Because Verreal electric skateboards are powered by a big battery, which is well over the 99 watt hours limit for airline travel. Express companies like DHL, FedEx, UPS and others won't accept them onboard for international shipping. Therefore, We are shipping via air freight for the first leg of shipping and via local courier services like FedEx/UPS/DPD for the final delivery. The tracking number we give is for the final local courier services. So the first leg of shipping is not updated on that tracking number. Only when your parcel reaches destination country and clears customs clearance will the tracking number generate tracking updates.

Everything is great! The eboard and additional set of wheels, plus bonuses from the seller. The seller is always in touch, answers all questions.
I bought a Verreal RS board with the 105mm Mad wheels in spring hoping that I would enjoy a lot of riding during summer, however there were lots of delays with the board delivery plus a battery issue that got me riding only by mid-August. The Verreal team were quite responsive and expedited the part needed to get the board up and running. I have now ridden the board enough (300km despite horrible weather) to be able to make an educated review. The construction is very sturdy, well designed and the battery range is impressive. On smoothly paved roads/ bike lanes, the board glides awesomely and I had to tighten the dual kingpin nuts to find the best compromise between good stability when cruising at higher speed (30+km/h) while maintaining good manoeuvrability at low speed. On less smooth paved roads which is extremely common in my city, the riding is a bit more adventurous with plenty of vibrations making the board less stable at high speed. The 105mm mad wheels are really impressive and in all honesty I still have not found an obstacle (stone/pothole/speed bump) that they didn’t manage to go over! The clearance of the battery box however can the limiting factor sometimes if the obstacle is sharp and tall enough. Coming across such obstacles can lead to the board coming to a complete stop in a split second as the battery box gets caught on the obstacle once the front wheels pass over it. This said, it is important to note that the battery compartment is made of sturdy metal sheet, protecting the battery from damage (other than external surface scratches). When going uphill, I have managed to tackle slopes that are extremely steep (13%slope) with little to no hesitation, so power is never an issue with this board, there’s always more than enough. Overall, the board is a total blast and is worth every penny of it. Just go for it with no hesitation!
I own one of the original Verreal RS, purchased in April 2020. I still ride it every week and still use the original 30Q battery pack.
While I sometimes look at the RS Pro and RS Ultra, I have no reason to change my old board. I know it'll get me where I need to go, every time. I'm still enjoying it as much as I did almost 5 years ago now.
I haven't had any issue since Vic sent me a new remote back in 2020 when there was an issue with the batch mine came with. No fuss.
I have tried a few different wheels and even still sometimes ride the original 85mm grey PU's.
If/when my RS dies, it'll be hard for me to get anything else than another Verreal.
ridden every day, being UK based I wanted a stealth look & I don't think anyone even recognises it electric unless I'm going uphill lol, smooth asphalt, broken concrete, gravel, grass, hard pack mud, and potholes, all handled with ease on mad wheels, real-world 30 miles+ range, checked over frequently when cleaning & not even had so much as a bolt come loose, I have owned honda motorcycles that were less well built, speed was initially scary but now I am accustomed to the performance more I can happily cruise at 22mph in mode 3 with good stability whilst still having loose enough dkp trucks to allow some amazing low-speed carving, mode4 is still & may remain out of my reach haha, as for torque I rode up a 28-degree incline & it was accelerating all the way, I cannot find any other board under £1k that can compete with the vfm/performance. lastly, customer support/service is great too, with replies to Whatsapp messages in minutes & great product knowledge to advise you what board option may be the best for your personal needs. the product, the service, and the whole experience has been 10/10 & would purchase another tomorrow without hesitation.
well hello I come to write this review to tell you that you should not hesitate to buy it I can swear to you you could not regret this purchase I use it every day and it does not let me down it is always there and fortunately and for such a price it is well worth it
