Shipping information

Skateboards:

To provide faster delivery for our customers in key regions, we operate warehouses in California, USA, and Germany. Please note that these warehouses may not stock every electric skateboard model.

Shipping to the USA & Europe:
If you select shipment from our California or Germany warehouse and the item is in stock, we will dispatch it immediately. Estimated delivery time after shipment is 3–10 business days for both regions.

If the item is not available in the local warehouse, we will ship it directly from our facility in China. We will notify you of this and provide an estimated delivery timeframe.

You are welcome to contact us to check warehouse stock availability before ordering.

Shipping to Other Countries:
For customers outside the USA and Germany, orders are typically shipped directly from China. We generally process and ship orders within 2–3 business days.

Accessories:
All accessory orders are shipped from China.

  1. Express shipping option: approximately 2 weeks for delivery.
  2. Postal service: may take up to 1 month.

Important Regional Notes:

  1. Israel: For skateboard shipments, we divide the product into three separate parcels (each under 5kg) to comply with shipping regulations. This means Israeli customers will need to assemble the skateboard upon arrival—we are happy to provide assembly guidance. Please be aware that customs duties may apply.
  2. Russia: Orders must be placed through our AliExpress store. Please use this link: https://aliexpress.ru/store/1100345776?page=1
  3. Iceland: We currently do not offer shipping to Iceland.

Customs & Duties:
Electric skateboards are usually delivered without additional customs charges. However, if any import duties, taxes, or fees are levied by your country's customs authority, they are the customer's responsibility. Verreal does not collect or pay these fees.

Shipping Cost Adjustment:
In rare cases, if the actual shipping cost for an order significantly exceeds the amount charged at checkout, we may contact you to discuss a resolution, which could include a small additional fee to cover the difference.
