How to choose an electric skateboard enclosure

Start with your board. The aluminum enclosure is made for the Verreal RS series deck, the metal enclosure for RS, RS Pro and TTRS, and the battery and ESC enclosure for ACE, F1 and Mini.

Compare the inside size with your battery pack. Measure the pack, check it against the inside size in the table, and leave room for foam so it cannot move.

Decide on a gasket. A 3 mm silicone gasket closes the gap between the enclosure and the deck to help keep dust and water out. It is optional on the aluminum and ACE, F1 and Mini enclosures, and included in the DIY deck and enclosure kits.

Order the hardware. The RS battery enclosure uses 10 M5 screws; the screw set below has 12. EVA foam pads are listed for the old Verreal F1 metal enclosure.

What is an ESC enclosure?
An ESC enclosure is the case that holds and protects the electronic speed controller (ESC) under the deck. Our Verreal RS, ACE, F1 and Mini enclosures hold the battery pack as well, so one case works as both a battery enclosure and an ESC enclosure.
Which enclosure fits my Verreal board?
Use the aluminum enclosure for the RS series, the metal enclosure for RS, RS Pro and TTRS, and the battery and ESC enclosure for ACE, F1 and Mini. If you are unsure, write to us with your board model.
Can I use my own battery pack in an enclosure?
Yes, if it fits inside. Compare the size of your pack with the inside size of the enclosure, and send us your pack dimensions if you want us to check.
Do I need a silicone gasket?
It is optional on the aluminum enclosure and the ACE, F1 and Mini enclosure. It closes the gap between the enclosure and the deck. The DIY deck and enclosure kits already include a gasket.
