How do I calculate gear ratio?

Verreal ACE's motor pulley teeth number is 14T.
You will need to know the teeth number of your wheel pulleys.
Then gear ratio is your wheel pulley teeth number divided by motor pulley teeth number 14T.
Say your wheel pulley is a 40T pulley.
Your gear ratio is 40/14=2.9 .

How do I know the belt size if I change to other wheels

It's simple.
Google ESK8 Belt Caculator.
You will need to know your wheel pulley teeth number.
Other information is as follows：
5255 Motor Pulley Teeth: 14T
Motor Mount Center to center distance: 70mm
Motor Mount's Ajustment Travel Distance：12mm.
After you enter all these values, you will see belt size range, such as 260-280mm. That means any belt between 260 and 280mm will work.

When do you ship my order?

If we have stock in local warehouses, we ship same day. If we don't, we have to ship from China and this usually takes place two days after the order placed.

Can I get a tracking number for my order?

Yes of course. We will send you a shipping notification email after the order got shipped out. If you don't see it, you can always reach us by whatsapp and emails. We would love to help you .

Why the tracking number shows label created and nothing more on tracking website?

This question is for skateboard orders that got shipped from China. Because Verreal electric skateboards are powered by a big battery, which is well over the 99 watt hours limit for airline travel. Express companies like DHL, FedEx, UPS and others won't accept them onboard for international shipping. Therefore, We are shipping via air freight for the first leg of shipping and via local courier services like FedEx/UPS/DPD for the final delivery. The tracking number we give is for the final local courier services. So the first leg of shipping is not updated on that tracking number. Only when your parcel reaches destination country and clears customs clearance will the tracking number generate tracking updates.

Do you ship to Israel?

Yes, we are shipping to Israel. But we have to make it clear that shipping fees are high for this country. Because according to our previous experience (we already sent a few boards to Israel), we need to dismantle the skateboard in 3 packages, one with battery pack and remote controller only, one with deck, enclosure and charger and the last pacakge with the rest stuff. All three packages have to be within 5 kilograms. And there may be taxes imposed by Israel customs.
This means that you will need to installl the skateboard by yourself.
This way of shipping also has risks of package gettting held by customs.

Do you ship to Russia?

Yes. But Russian customers may not be able to place orders on our website. Russian customers can buy from our Aliexpress store https://aliexpress.ru/store/1100345776?spm=a2g3i.csp_ae_storeinfo.0.0.50253399e23t0z.
Shipping takes a little over a month to arrive at your hands.

Do I need to pay for tax?

We currently have electric skateboards stocked in warehouses located in Germany and California. For orders shipped within Europe or the United States, you will likely not be charged import duties, as applicable taxes have already been paid when the boards were imported into these regions.
If your order ships directly from China, import taxes may apply depending on your local customs regulations. Please note that this is not guaranteed—some shipments may incur duties while others may not. Any applicable customs charges will be the responsibility of the recipient.

Do you ship to my country?

We basically ship globally. If your country's shipping fees exceed our acceptable shipping fees, we will contact you and discuss with you how we can share the unexpectedly high shipping fees.

How do I adjust the belt tension?

The motors are mounted to the motor mounts using four mounting screws.
Each motor mount includes four adjustment slots, offering up to 12 mm of travel for precise belt tension adjustment.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Loosen the motor screws
Slightly loosen the four screws that secure the motor to the motor mount.
Do not remove them completely — just enough to allow the motor to slide.
- Install the belt
Place the belt onto both the motor pulley and the wheel pulley, making sure the belt teeth are fully seated.
- Adjust the tension
Gently push the motor away from the wheel to increase belt tension.
Use the adjustment range in the motor mount to find the proper tension.
- Secure the motor
While holding the motor in position, tighten all four screws firmly to lock the motor in place.
- Check the tension
The belt should feel snug with slight flexibility — not overly tight and not loose.
Once secured, the belt tension adjustment is complete.
When installing larger wheels or pulleys, belt tension adjustment is required to ensure proper fit and performance.
